Brief: Inverter Room – 28kW of Cooling supplied by 2no Sanyo Cassettes - required to prevent Pump Inverters failing on critical sewage pumps, the outdoor condensing units in this instance were installed within a very large internal plant room re-using the heat removed for the comfort of staff working in the area.
 
Brief: Conference Room & Offices – To replace existing Centralised ducted system with failed and out dated cooling/heating plant and submit budget options for independent control of each area.
  
Utilising the existing air distribution diffusers these were connected to Sanyo Ducted systems installed within the ceiling void. Sanyo equipment was ideal for this project due to its physical dimensions, fan boost capability, exceptionally quiet operation and user friendly controls.
 
Sanyo 7kW Inverter Heat Pump units, were used to minimise impact on surrounding area as they are visible from the offices they serve. Pipework was routed up and over on a specially constructed frame to prevent restrictions on Fire Exit Route.
Brief: Residential Property – Our elderly client was having real problems sleeping due to high temperatures even without any heating on and in the cooler months. One real worry they had was 'noise' would an A/C keep them awake? their experience of them from holidays was very noisy, they were also worried about 'cost'.
   
The solution was easy, we selected the Wall mounted unit from the Sanyo SAP range with an A rated Energy Efficiency, Quiet Mode operation with Infra-red control. Our client was very happy with the end product and selected a second unit for their Lounge.
